		&lt;div class='rss_texte'&gt;&lt;p&gt;Nous pr&#233;sentons l'outil communautaire OntoPortal initialement d&#233;velopp&#233; par Stanford (USA) et plus r&#233;cemment par l'INRAE (Montpellier), avec leur portail AgroPortal. Cet outil est un catalogue d'artefact s&#233;mantique (un terme g&#233;n&#233;rique pour des vocabulaires, th&#233;saurus, ou ontologies), avec des fonctionnalit&#233;s avanc&#233;es pour explorer, annoter, partager des concepts et des ontologies. La plateforme inclut aussi une interface interoperable (API) pour une interaction sous forme de script, ainsi qu'un outil d'&#233;valuation des crit&#232;re FAIR (Findable Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable) appliqu&#233;s aux ontologies. Avec l'aide de l'&#233;quipe de l'INRAE &#224; Montpellier, nous avons install&#233; un serveur d&#233;di&#233; &#224; l'astronomie au sens large: &lt;a href=&#034;https://ontoportal-astro.eu&#034; class='spip_url spip_out auto' rel='nofollow external'&gt;https://ontoportal-astro.eu&lt;/a&gt;, qui liste d&#233;j&#224; les vocabulaires de l'IVOA (astronomie) et dont le r&#244;le est de partager et croiser les ontologies et vocabulaires des diff&#233;rentes composantes de l'astronomie: h&#233;liophysique, plan&#233;tologie, astronomie, astrophysique, astroparticules, cosmologie physique atomique et mol&#233;culaire, mod&#233;lisation, etc. Nous pr&#233;senterons la plateforme Ontoportal/AgroPortal de l'INRAE et notre nouvelle plateforme ontoportal-astro.eu.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

		&lt;div class='rss_texte'&gt;&lt;p&gt;The Occultation Portal (OP) is a scientific infrastructure originally developed within the ERC Lucky Star collaboration with groups from Paris, Meudon, Granada and Rio, and is now actively used in ongoing occultation-focused projects such as ACROSS and GaiaMoons. It supports the full workflow of stellar occultation studies, including prediction and campaign coordination, as well as the ingestion, validation, and long-term archiving of both video-based and photometric observations. With upcoming surveys such as LSST and future Gaia releases expected to significantly increase the number of observable events, ensuring the scalability and operational robustness of the OP has become essential.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Over the past six months, the Occultation Portal has been migrated to the PADC/DIO infrastructure of the Paris Observatory and has undergone a broad technical modernisation. This work includes the implementation of a full MD5-based data-integrity framework, GDPR-compliant handling of user and observatory information, a redesigned user-registration and moderation workflow, an upgraded publication system with ADS-powered metadata ingestion linking scientific outputs to OP events and archived data, and extended prediction and mapping tools. Together, these developments greatly enhance the platform's long-term stability and ensure that the OP continues to serve as a reliable infrastructure for advancing stellar occultation science.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul class=&#034;spip&#034;&gt;&lt;li&gt; missions &#224; des colloques ou workshops dont le programme rel&#232;ve des activit&#233;s de PADC (notamment les meetings Interop IVOA), sous condition qu'au moins une communication avec affiliation PADC soit pr&#233;sent&#233;e&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; missions pour des r&#233;unions de montage de projet, des r&#233;unions techniques, ou la coordination d'activit&#233;s des p&#244;les th&#233;matiques nationaux (PTN) pilot&#233;s &#224; l'Observatoire&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; invitations d'experts, organisation d'atelier et de s&#233;minaires sur les sites de l'Observatoire&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; petit &#233;quipement et logiciels mutualis&#233;s&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; moyens de stockage (fournis sous forme mutualis&#233;e uniquement) et moyens de calcul (sur la queue prioritaire PADC de Tycho)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; dans certains cas, des colloques organis&#233;s par des services labellis&#233;s peuvent &#234;tre soutenus dans la mesure o&#249; les cr&#233;dits n&#233;cessaires sont disponibles. Ce soutien a une priorit&#233; inf&#233;rieure &#224; celui dont disposent les points ci-dessus. En cas de participation &#224; l'organisation de colloques, le logo de PADC devra appara&#238;tre au m&#234;me titre que les logos des autres sponsors.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Une expertise sur les techniques d'interop&#233;rabilit&#233; peut &#233;galement &#234;tre demand&#233;e, sous forme de temps d'ing&#233;nieur expert :&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul class=&#034;spip&#034;&gt;&lt;li&gt; Les demandes d'expertise doivent correspondre &#224; des actions clairement identifi&#233;es. En g&#233;n&#233;ral, il est demand&#233; que les proposants d&#233;crivent leur besoin ; qu'ils aient identifi&#233; une personne pouvant faire avancer leur projet ; qu'ils se soient mis d'accord sur une action et sur le temps de travail concern&#233; en prenant en compte le plan de charge des services et d&#233;partements (le plafond &#233;tant de l'ordre de 30%, soit 0,15 ETP par semestre). La demande doit donc d&#233;crire l'accord trouv&#233; et son objectif. En phase de d&#233;marrage, des demandes pr&#233;sentant simplement le probl&#232;me &#224; r&#233;soudre sont &#233;galement accept&#233;es, de fa&#231;on &#224; pouvoir guider les proposants.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Pour les demandes plus techniques (mat&#233;rielles ou logicielles), il est demand&#233; de d&#233;crire le besoin et les contraintes, plut&#244;t que des solutions pr&#233;identifi&#233;es par les demandeurs. Celles-ci seront identifi&#233;es en fonction du contexte et du savoir-faire disponible.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Par ailleurs, on notera que :&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul class=&#034;spip&#034;&gt;&lt;li&gt; Les demandes de stockage doivent correspondre &#224; des donn&#233;es disponibles publiquement selon les crit&#232;res FAIR, ce qui inclut les standards OV. Pour les projets en phase d'&#233;tude, l'installation de petits d&#233;monstrateurs est possible.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Les actions de maintenance &#224; l'identique (stockage notamment) ne n&#233;cessitent pas de r&#233;pondre &#224; l'AO&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Les missions sont &#224; faire aupr&#232;s du secretariat du LUTh&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Les cr&#233;dits obtenus devront &#234;tre d&#233;pens&#233;s sur la p&#233;riode concern&#233;e par cet appel. Il n'y a pas de reports sur la p&#233;riode suivante.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Les cr&#233;dits doivent &#234;tre engag&#233;s suffisamment longtemps avant la cl&#244;ture des comptes en fin d'ann&#233;e (en g&#233;n&#233;ral courant octobre)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; PADC ne peut financer ni CDD ni gratifications de stage.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Conform&#233;ment &#224; son statut de Centre d'Expertise R&#233;gional labellis&#233; INSU, la mission de Paris Astronomical Data Centre implique le soutien prioritaire aux services labellis&#233;s.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Les participations &#224; des conf&#233;rences uniquement scientifiques ne peuvent &#234;tre financ&#233;es que si les pr&#233;sentations incluent une part notable li&#233;e &#224; la distribution de donn&#233;es ou aux traitements interop&#233;rables.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Des soutiens doivent aussi &#234;tre demand&#233;s &#224; l'ASOV (appel d'offre en d&#233;but d'ann&#233;e), en particulier pour les r&#233;unions Interop de l'IVOA (chairs de WG).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Les missions aux meetings Interop IVOA sont rembours&#233;es par d&#233;faut sur la base du tarif ASOV.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; En cas de demande conjointe ADASS + Interop d'automne, PADC fera au mieux pour financer plus que la simple mission Interop, mais n'a pas les moyens de couvrir les deux r&#233;unions.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Toute publication li&#233;e aux activit&#233;s financ&#233;es doit faire mention de ce financement dans les remerciements &#8211; a minima : &#8220;Support from Paris Astronomical Data Centre (PADC) is acknowledged. Support to PADC is provided by Observatoire de Paris and CNRS/INSU&#8220;.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; De m&#234;me, les posters et pr&#233;sentations (y compris aux meetings Interop et &#224; l'ASOV) et les services en ligne doivent inclure le logo PADC.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Un rapport court mais pertinent sera demand&#233; &#224; l'issue de ce type d'action pour le rapport d'activit&#233; de PADC.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;L'AO est ouvert aux personnels de l'Observatoire (sur la liste tous.obs) et des laboratoires associ&#233;s.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Les r&#233;ponses sont &#224; renvoyer en temps voulu &#224; direction.ov@obspm.fr&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt; avec nom de fichier: nomdudemandeur_PADC_20xx_y.pdf&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt; o&#249; xx est l'ann&#233;e et y = 1|2 le semestre &#8212; le format pr&#233;f&#233;r&#233; est le PDF.&lt;br class='autobr' /&gt;
Les demandes sont &#233;valu&#233;es par le CS de PADC en version &#233;largie (services labellis&#233;s et projets + direction + axes transverses). La direction d&#233;signe deux rapporteurs pour chaque proposition, celles-ci sont d&#233;battues en session.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The objective of this meeting is to bring together the ASOV community and beyond to exchange on the needs expressed and solutions proposed to manage provenance information in the astronomy domain.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Provenance in practice has been discussed within the ESCAPE European project (with a dedicated workshop [1]), and at the last ADASS and IVOA conferences (see e.g. [2]). Building on prototype implementations, a full provenance management system has been designed [3]. For simpler use, the concept of last-step provenance was also recently proposed to make provenance easier to adopt.&lt;/p&gt;
